    Our story

    Brent Canady has been a licensed real estate agent since 1999 and founded Canady Realty in 2005. The brokerage has remained independent by design — no franchise, no referral networks pulling deals in directions that don't serve the client.

    Over the past two decades, Brent has worked across residential sales, multi-family investment, and ground-up development in the Austin metro. Sonia Roberts brings years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate every step of the transaction — from first showing to closing table.

    We operate in Central Texas — Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, and surrounding communities. The market here is specific. We've been watching it for 20 years.
