I realize we've been very miss and little hit on blogging, but I felt it was important to get back and let everyone know, Jim Canady, my father, and our original designated Broker, passed away last month, October 2024. We continue to miss him, his knowledge, and wit but we push forward.
Today we're Canady Realty LLC, a slightly new iteration for a familiar real estate brokerage.
We started Canady Realty in June of 2005 with the idea that my father and I wanted to help people navigate the complex nature of the real estate market with experienced counsel and efficient systems to successfully achieve what our clients set out for. We're nearly 25 years old at this point, and for the better part of the last 24 years we've continued to put our client's needs first, and work diligently and efficiently to get them to closing.
